THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! I’m a college student in a new town, so I was completely lost and honestly nervous. Everyone was so patient and understanding with me. Jen was such a beautiful soul. She helped calm my nerves and helped me in more ways than she probably even knows. I can’t thank her enough she’s truly amazing! And Kevin was AMAZING as well, super quick and effective. Everyone here made my experience so much easier, and I’m so grateful! If you’re having issue come here WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Truly wonderful people . - your newest happiest customer

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for 2pm. My son dropped the car off and they said it would be 2 hours. Called 2.5 hours later and they hadn’t started on it. Said it was next. Called an hour later and they STILL HAD NOT STARTED ON IT. Apparently planned to keep it over night with no notice! I just picked up the car and left. To top it off they started it at some point and left it running almost running it out of gas! This place is terrible!

Got new tires, there three weeks ago. Went in this morning to get a tire fixed. The tech that was working said, we opened at 7, but nobody's here till 730. What good are you guess? I'll be canceling my card.

Stopped in the Stillwater Firestone location to see about getting a set of tires and installation. I don't recall the name of the young man that helped but he was awesome. The overall experience was great, he saved me some money where he could and had the car on the lift within 10 minutes. Bonus for the fact of them feeding strays and having a forest kitty hanging out in the back. Thanks for the awesome service guys!

I found out I needed new brakes and rotors the day before I was supposed to leave for Wyoming. I went to ford for an oil change and came out needing brakes, and as soon as possible. I spent an hour and a half calling every place in town and Firestone was the only one who could get me in! Colby and Jose were great! They worked with me on dropping my car off in the morning, and I was on my way out of town that night as planned. Thanks guys! She’s looking great with new brakes and mountains in the background!
